Exchange Window

We offer a 15-day exchange window from the date of purchase. This allows you to exchange your piece for a different design, size, or weight option from our collections.

Conditions for Return

• The jewellery must be unworn and undamaged
• Original packaging and invoice must be included
• The piece must retain its hallmark certification
• Exchange must be initiated within 15 days of purchase

Hallmark Certification Guarantee

All Surajmal Fulchand Jewellers pieces are BIS Hallmarked, certifying 22-karat pure gold content. If a hallmarked piece fails certification, we will replace it at no cost.

Custom Order Policy

Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We recommend reviewing the design thoroughly before ordering.
